Before proposing a solution, our Pre-Sales team will consult the customer’s senior staff over Technical and Functional discussions to determine their exact Technical and Business requirements and ensuring all necessary information is collected and analyzed prior to proposing the final solution. They also conduct a series of technical presentations and product demonstrations that outline product technical features and functional capabilities expected to deliver cost savings and business benefits. Any questions or concerns raised by the customer’s staff are responded to convincingly and addressed directly and with full clarity.
The Pre-Sales team also carries-out a detailed gap analysis to identify features or functionality that needs to be customized to match customer’s exact requirements.
