Annual Maintenance Contracts
As per standard AccuWare policies, we provide one year maintenance services at no cost to customer, this one year of free maintenance starts from the date of completion of installation of the system. After the completion of one year, the customer may continue to receive support services by entering into an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) which entitles the customer to following benefits:
- New product versions as well as enhancements released during the period
- Access to regular preventive maintenance
- Ongoing Technical support for your IT staff
- Ongoing Application Support to your users
- Bug Fixes and new Patches
