We recognize the value of their services and enable our Certified Partners to benefit from ongoing support and training resources that add value and strength in the marketplace. | Our Authorized Resellers play an important role in providing AccuWare solutions to their clients. We provide an easy and profitable way for these organizations to expand their product portfolio to include AccuWare Express Editions into their product offerings. After completing a prerequisite test they could also resell licenses of our larger Products including AccuWareERP and AccuWareMax. |

- If partner is seeking exclusive partnership in designated territory then the annual Membership Fee shall be more
- Actual membership fee for Exclusive Partner for a designated territory may vary from one territory to another
- There will be yearly targets that are reviewed and revised(increased) at end of every year
- Failure to achieve yearly targets could result in losing exclusive partnership

* 5-user license of AccuWareMax Enterprise Edition is provided free for internal usage, this license is valid as long as the partner meets the requirements to maintain the Preferred Partner Status
- ** Gold+ support plan is only offered to Preferred Partners and it means additional support services(remotely delivered only) (for internal use of our software) are totally free
- Preferred and Certified partner can sign also a reseller agreement to enable them to sell AccuWareExpess editions and get additional discounts
- *** The partner takes a share in the support fee if support services are provided by partner and software updates are provided by MDS. If partner doesn’t want to provide support services then MDS will on its own renew the support contract
- Reseller Chains with higher sales volumes could get higher volume discounts
